HI P., Let me say how sorry I am that there was a shipping delay with your order. Whenever Dr. OZ talks about one of our products, there is always a huge influx of order and we try our best to be prepared. We did not know in advance about the episode last month, and we were taken off guard. I assure you that if you were to place another order with us, there would be no such delay. Hi Colleen, I was very sorry to read your review of Pure Health. I did some checking for you and it looks like you package is still enroute. According to your USPS tracking number (LN336944570US) your package is still on its way to you. I am very sorry about the delay. It normally takes us about 14 business days to get a package to Canada. There was also a slight shipping delay after the Dr. Oz TV program about our product.
