Hi Diana, Let me say how sorry I am that there was a shipping delay with your order. Whenever Dr. OZ talks about one of our products, there is always a huge influx of order and we try our best to be prepared. We did not know in advance about the episode last month, and we were taken off guard. And I assure you that we would not share your email address with anyone ever. As for your weight loss results-we always advise people not to expect results for about 2 weeks and in some cases longer. Hi Daniel, I just wanted to explain our shipping process. We send all packages UPS-Mail Innovations. UPS transports your package to your local post office and then they are responsible for delivering the package. The link we send you in the email is to USPS.com. That does not get updated until the package gets to your post office, 2 days before delivery. Since that is the link with the most important information, when it is going to be delivered. We put it in the email. I admit it is not the best system. But we feel that is the most important part of your shipping information. I am extremely sorry if this is confusing. Hi Julie, Let me apologize on belhalf of Pure Health for the delay in shipping you package to you. After the Dr. Oz television program about the Green Coffee Bean with Svetol we were inundated with orders. That caused our shipping to back up. That was the reason it took so long for your package to ship out. And our normal shipping time is between 4-7 business days.
