Hi Betty. Let me say how sorry I am about your experience with Pure Health. After the DR. Oz television program about the Green COffee BEan with Svetol, we were getting thousands of orders daily for weeks. It was very hard for our limited staff to stay on top of everything and there was the shipping delay getting everything packed. The customer service rep being rude on the phone to you was unacceptable and I can only say we are working through those issues. I was sorry to read your review that you are not happy with the results on the 100% Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract. For some people it can also just take a little while to get started. We always say you should not expect anything for two weeks, and in some cases even longer. Hi Rose, I just wanted to answer some of your questions. These pills do indeed work, we just ask that you be patient. For most people it takes about 2 weeks before you start to lose lbs. And for some people it can be longer. It sounds like you are taking enough of the supplement, but I have to stree it is imperatve that you take the capsules 30 minutes before your meals. The way this supplement helps you lose weight is by block the absorption of fat and sugar from the food you are eating. Forcing you body to burn the fat that is already stored up in your body. IT sounds like you are on the right track. Just be patient and make sure you are taking them 30 minutes before meals. Thank you very much for your review and purchase.
