I became nauseated after taking green coffee beans and the raspberry capsules. I called and was told there was a "no return policy" if opened. Lesson learned. Read the fine print. The customer service rep sounded like she might be all of 16 years old. I said "you don't make the rules, do you?" In a weak little voice, she said "no, I don't." She was very nice but may have been new on the job.

You have a great product and reasonable prices but faster delivery service when ordering on line would really boost sales and reliable of this company I believe. You want people to order from you instead of going to the store to buy inferior products. Just my opinion. Thanks.

We pride ourselves on having a pure product with no additives, fillers or binding agents! I am totally impressed with Pure Health!! My items were shipped quickly and they are of the highest quality. There was a small mix-up with the order and I phoned customer service and the problem was solved immediately - I was really impressed with their professional approach and quick response. I bought Pure Green Coffee Bean, they were exactly what Dr. OZ recommend on his show, but unfortunately for me, after taking them for just 5 days, I had a reaction to them in the form of a rash on my neck and face. I call customer service and I spoke with someone right away and I was advised on how to return the bottle I did not open.

I was watching the Dr. Oz show and he stated that the Green Coffee Bean has an natural ingredient that aids in weight loss. I decided to try your product and have been taking it for a few days. So far, I really haven't noticed a difference, but I am hoping that at some point I will be surprised.
