Hi Kathy, I just wanted to explain about shipping. When you place your order we process it when we are about to ship. We we process your order, that is when you get an automated email from us with tracking information. Whenever we receive alot of order for a certain item. Especially when it is featured on television. We have to ship items in stages, and your order was processed before it actually shipped. I am very sorry that you felt we lied about shipping. Hi Robert, Thank you very much for your recent review. I just wanted to explain our shipping operations. It normally takes us between 24-48hrs. to ship your package. Then the normal time frame is between 4-7 seven business days. If there are weekends in there, that can slow things down as well. I am very sorry if that was not communicated to you when you made the purchase. You can always pick our products up locally at Walmarts and Sam's Club stores. Thank you very much for your order.
