If i had bought this from GNC, not they have it there I would have been able to return it no questions asked, opened or not. Not true for this company, never going to buy from them again, and I'm totally giving up on Green Coffee bean extract all together.

With any dietary supplement of this type, there are so many outside factor that can cause failure that we cannot guarantee weight loss. No weight loss supplement can and that is why we can't offer any kind of money back guarantee. They have wonderful product and I love that they see how to improve the product. They noticed the green coffee was flying off the shelves and chaged the amount to 90 pills . I love that they are vegetarian capsules. Very speedy delivery. I am all around happy customer .

The first time I ordered on-line, I was shorted product. I called customer serice and they confirmed my order and sent out the missing product very timely. The second time I ordered, I had an issue with the Free Shipping offer. I called customer service again and they explained why I was having my issue and promptly fixed the error and credited my credit card. Both times, the CSR was friendly and efficient.

I've only used one of their products, but I'm seeing results, so I feel that I'm getting what I paid for.No fillers, just the product. The first time I placed an order, it took several weeks to receive, so I was concerned. I sent them an email inquiring (beginning to think I'd be 'scammed'), but my product arrived the day after I emailed... I did get a response to the email, an apology that they had been totally overwhelmed by the number of orders received after being mentioned on prime-time tv... My subsequent orders have arrived much faster, so I feel their 'growing pains' have been addressed. They also quickly realized their small, 30 -count bottles wouldn't address the needs of their customers and began offering the products in a 90-count bottle. I'm pleased with Pure Health and think you will be too.
