This is the first product in a very long time that actually lived up to it's claims. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. prescription sleep ads are less expensive, but do leave you a little foggy when you wake up. Not so with Pure Heath Magnolia Bark. You feel relaxed, alert & ready for a new day.

Doctors are always looking to put you on some kind of prescription medicine & when I question them back to the side effects it causes on my major organs, they reply back, that is why we do blood work on you every 6 months to keep that in check. They create other health problems to get you to keep coming back. It's all about the money, I'm sick & tired of it. I've actually been sitting in the room waiting for the doctor to come in & I hear the doctor talking to a sales representative two doors down from me, "these new drugs are making my patients sick, they don't want to use them". I had both the coffee bean extract with and without the svetol process. Ilost 16 pounds and have not seen a difference between the two as of yet. I used the non svetol product for 7 months. I just recently tried the svetol version. So I will need more time to see if I have any results.
