Pure Gems JewelsReviews of puregemsjewels.com

The engagement ring and matching wedding band I purchased are beautiful. My wife gets so many compliments on them. The only hitch I experienced with my purchase was a lack of communication from Pure Gems Jewels regarding my credit card payment. The transaction was held up due to the amount and because of it being an international purchase. Once I discovered the issue and verified the purchase with my credit card company the ring arrived within a week. I am very pleased and my wife is over the moon happy with the rings.

Absolutely beautiful rings and great prices with good customer service.

I purchased a ring in Nov 2018. The diamond fell out within 2 months. that was VERY disappointing and concerning. The customer service response due to this was outstanding, and they fixed the ring, but I'm still concerned it will happen again.

Great quality of jewelries and customer service. And, you don’t have to spend fortune when you have to spend on other important events and stuff, too! They delivered the rings right on time we needed them. 100% recommended!

Great experience and love our engagement rings. Would definitely purchase wedding bands with Puregems Jewelry!

Beautiful! Just as described, excellent quality.

The ring I bought is absolutely stunning. It is perfect. My overall experience was exceptional. I will most definitely be using pure gems jewels to get other items for my bride in the future
