NOT LAB CREATED BUYER BEWARE
I purchased 3 rings from this company. It's supposed to be a lifetime guarantee yet they wanted to charge me 500. To have a prong repaired, redip and solder the 3 together. After horrible customer service I decided to take it local. The jeweler tested the diamonds and THEY ARE NOT LAB CREATED! CZ is what they got when they tested them. This place is overseas so what can I even do at this point? BUYER BEWARE!
Response from Pure Gems JewelsAug 7, 2024
Dear Samantha,
Thank you for your feedback. We genuinely value the opinions of our customers and are sorry to hear about your experience.
We would like to clarify that as stated on our website, we sell simulated diamonds, not lab-created diamonds. Simulated diamonds, such as cubic zirconia (CZ), are designed to mimic the appearance of real diamonds at a more affordable price. This distinction is clearly mentioned in our product descriptions to ensure our customers make informed decisions.
Regarding the charges for repairs and services, our lifetime guarantee covers certain aspects, but services like prong repair, redipping, and soldering can incur additional costs. We strive to be transparent about these policies and apologize if there was any misunderstanding.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to make this right.
Best regards,
Pure Gems Jewels

Lifetime warranty is a lie
I had to return my bridal band in 2019 due to the atone falling out. The company did replace it. Now 3 years later, my center stone is scratched and chipped. Their lifetime warranty states that their stone would not do this. I have contacted the company about this along with photos and they not respond to this claim against their lifetime warranty. Apparently, I need to get legal involved so that a resolution can be made. I had high hopes for this company and their product, but now I am questioning it. I would reccomended people take their business elsewhere based on my recent experience
Response from Pure Gems JewelsAug 7, 2024
Dear Danielle,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify our warranty policy.
Our lifetime warranty is designed to cover manufacturing defects and issues arising from normal wear. However, it does not cover damages resulting from misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage. Upon reviewing your case, it appears that the issues with your center stone may fall outside the scope of what our warranty covers.
Scratching and chipping can occur if the jewelry is subjected to harsh conditions or impact, which is not typical of normal wear. Our simulated diamonds are crafted to be durable, but they are not immune to damage from such incidents. Despite this, we replaced your bridal band when a stone fell out, as a gesture of goodwill and to ensure your satisfaction.
We understand your frustration and apologize if there was any misunderstanding regarding our warranty terms.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Pure Gems Jewels.

Scam
Scam! That's all I have to say!
Response from Pure Gems JewelsAug 1, 2021
This customer ordered rings in total value of $3049. Package was held in the US Customs awaiting for him to fill the 5106 Form. A formality required in the US for all imports over USD2500. After several emails/calls from us as well as FedEx, the customer refused to fill the form in order to receive the package. Since the customer started to ignore our emails/calls, the custom authorities rejected the package and returned the shipment to us. The card holder was then fully refunded. Unfortunately, we understood later that this person probably tried to scam us.

You will regret your purchase!
They no longer provide warranty for my ring because I had to send it back at least 3 times because the diamond fell out and/or the Platinum totally misshaped. Just a few weeks ago, I went on vacation to the Caribbean and wore the Platinum ring only in the evening while we were at dinner. The ring is so badly misshaped, it's like it misformed from the heat. Can't wear it anymore! Unbelievable!
Also, I've already sent them over 7 requests by email in the past few weeks asking them to send me my original certificate back (I had to send it back to them when it needed a repair but they never returned it back), but they are completely ignoring my requests. So now I have a useless ring and no original certificate anymore. I call this a full blown scam company.
Update as of 1/22/2020
I'm not giving up because this company makes me sound like the bad person, but I'm not and want to warn others so they don't make the same mistake we did by buying from them. Yes, they did initially provide me good customer service, but when the ring kept losing the diamond and misshaping, it was suddenly all my fault, not the product quality.
First of all, I've never received my certificate back (lie by vendor)
Secondly, I don't do anything rough with this ring (lie by vendor). I'm 56 years old professional with a desk job! I barely wore the ring, and when I did something would happen to it (misshape, diamond fall out). I wear a white gold ring on my finger 24/7 for the past 20 years (175200 hours) yet the gems are still on it and it is still perfectly round. Yet, the PureGem platinum ring I now have (after a few remakes), I've worn maybe a total of 20 hours max on my left hand and the ring is completely misshaped like an oval. I'd love to attach a photo of both to show you as proof. I'm really not lying, people! Their quality is bad!

The customer has abused our warranty and her ring. The ring was sent several times to our facility for repair. We took care of all the shipping costs and repair fees. Each time it was sent back to the customer after passing a quality exam. The customer sent back the ring again and again with several marks of abuse never seen before on a ring. We finally let the customer know that we would repair the ring for free for the last time. After a few weeks only, she contacted us again regarding damages that would never happen with a normal (and even tougher) wear of the ring. With all our years of experience, we never came across such abuse and there is no doubt that it is not a manufacturing defect.
Regarding the claim on the certificate of authenticity, we provided a new certificate of authenticity in the last shipment, as requested by the customer.
This reviews seems very unfair.
