Customer service was good but there was an imperfection on the ring, I was very surprised it was sent to us this way. Once I found out the company was not based in the US I decided not to pursue the issue.

The ring is beautiful, however, it was a little bit too big. So I went to have it sized down. When I took it to the jeweler to have to downsized they tested it on a diamond tester and it isn’t a diamond and didn’t test to be a man made diamond either. They wanted to send me to a different jeweler to check to see what stone it is. I paid for a man made diamond and didn’t get one.

The online process was great I think the ring is beautiful but it doesn't look how it does online and my ring looks smaller than 1.5 carats

Let me explain! The stones on the ring look absolutely beautiful! My concerns are that 1) the ring was much thinner than it appeared to be on the website. I beleive the images shown there must be magnified? 2) longevity: the ring band(s) are thin. My concern is that they will not hold up over time. If the rings are as durable as I hope they are ( with normal use ) than honestly the rings deserve a 5 star rating. This review is getting 3 stars based upon those suspicions. But based on looks alone: 5 stars

The communication was not good. It was a week of sending out emails to know if this purchase even went through; to Both pure jems and PayPal . I received an email from pure jems after I had given up. So I was not satisfied until I received the ring. If your emails on the confirmation of the purchase were in my inbox right away after the purchase , with a time slot on when it would be ready to ship , it would of been great purchasing experience. The ring is beautiful but small. It’s the right size.
