First time purchasing online/overseas..
I was very nervous about buying a cat oversees without ever communicating with the breeder. There are many scams out on the internet and I was very cautious. The communication was solid and I felt a particular care after I had placed my reservation payment. The weekly videos were promising and warm with attention. The flight was all taken care of according to my schedule. It was seamless and I feel much better about potentially buying again from Purebred Kitties. Thank you for setting my nerves at ease and giving me my lovely Frankie who has the most amazing disposition and fits our family perfectly.

Hi Natalie, Thank you so much for sharing your experience. We completely understand the nerves that come with adopting a kitten from overseas — especially with how many scams exist online — and we’re truly grateful you trusted us through the process. It’s wonderful to hear that our communication, weekly videos, and scheduling support helped ease those worries and made everything feel safe and seamless. We’re thrilled that Frankie arrived with such a lovely disposition and has already become the perfect fit for your family. That’s exactly the outcome we hope for with every adoption, and it means so much to know you’d consider working with us again. Thank you for placing your trust in us and for giving Frankie such a loving home. Warmest regards, Purebred Kitties Team

Amazing cats
The representatives at Purebred kitties were always very responsive to us. There was some waiting involved during the adoption process and some uncertainty but in the end we picked up our two new kittens as arranged. The cats were healthy, happy and well socialized. Thank you so much!

WHERE IS MY CAT??
I put a down payment on a kitten in June. I waited patiently. At the end of October I started asking questions. Different people told me different things. First, I was told that the breeder said the kitten had diarrhea. I was given a date and time to pick her up from the airport. That was cancelled. Then I was told she had a slight cold. I was told she would be ready 2 days ago. But, then, I was sent some paperwork to sign and send back and that didn't happen either. Then I was told that she would be ready tomorrow or Monday. No one got in touch with me. I called today and was told she isn't eating as well as they would like her to and that she is scheduled to come on Monday. I have told the people that if she doesn't come on Monday, I don't want the cat and I want my money back. I'm done!!

We received our kitten with a hernia
We received our kitten with a hernia. We took her to the vet within two days of getting her. Purebred kitties say nothing they can do. They say they do very thorough vet checks and yet somehow something this noticeable was missed. Very disappointed on how they are handling this.
Response from Purebred KittiesNov 22, 2025

Advertising as a San Francisco Bay Area…
Advertising as a San Francisco Bay Area company. I had no idea that the kitty would be coming from the East Coasr and therefore unable to pick him up. Unlit after non refundable deposit was made I planned to drive locally to save delivery fee of $600. In reality, he arrived with Ukrainian passport and papers. I didn’t like not being advised in advance that he was not in the Bay Area.
Response from Purebred KittiesNov 24, 2025
Hi Leslie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the frustration and confusion you experienced regarding your kitten’s location and origin. Transparency is extremely important to us, and we regret that you were not clearly informed about the kitten’s travel route before placing your reservation. You deserved that clarity from the very beginning, especially when planning for a local pickup. Our website and coordinators should always communicate that Purebred Kitties partners with breeders both in the U.S. and internationally, including Europe. We understand how disappointing it must have felt to learn this only after a non-refundable deposit was made, and we apologize for the stress this caused. Your experience highlights an area where we must communicate more clearly, and we take your feedback seriously. If you would like us to review your reservation or discuss this further, please feel free to reach out to us. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will use your feedback to improve transparency for future families. Warmest regards, Purebred Kitties Team
