We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We take your feedback seriously and understand your frustration regarding communication, breeding documentation, and the Cattery package inclusions. Regarding the certified pedigree, we would like to clarify that the certificate was sent via mail, and the tracking number was provided to you via email. We understand the importance of receiving all documents and package inclusions as promised, and we apologize for the frustration this situation has caused. We remain willing to work toward a resolution. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can review your case and coordinate any remaining concerns. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We take your concerns seriously. Delivery delays may occur when additional coordination is needed, particularly when ensuring a kitten is healthy and ready to travel. At Purebred Kitties, we prioritize the health and well-being of our kittens and do not proceed with rehoming or delivery unless a kitten has been deemed healthy and cleared by a veterinarian. Upon checking, we also see that your funds have been returned to you. We regret that this experience did not meet your expectations and remain committed to addressing concerns professionally. If you have any further questions, please contact us at [email protected] so we can review the matter and provide any necessary clarification.
