Hi Mari, I understand why this looked concerning. It’s normal to see the same kitten listed in different places — some breeders use multiple platforms. At the same time, we also have kittens that are only available through us. The kitten may be the same. The process is not. We apply higher preparation standards, stricter requirements for breeders, and controlled logistics with pre-delivery checks. Higher standards also mean higher costs to maintain and deliver that level of care. With international shipments, a lower price doesn’t always mean a better or safer option. That’s where the difference comes from.

Parasites and mild upper respiratory symptoms can unfortunately be quite common in kittens, especially during transitions and after air travel, as the stress from transport and adjusting to a new environment can temporarily weaken their immune system. This is something veterinarians commonly see with young kittens, even when they appeared healthy prior to travel. We’re sorry to hear about the extra vet expenses and hope the medication helps keep everything under control. Sneezing can also happen from stress, climate changes, or travel adjustment, but it’s always best to continue monitoring with your vet to ensure they recover smoothly.
