WARNING!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I had checked here and other sites for reviews. I placed an order this morning, and just wanted one product (no subscription). They took my payment/paypal information, and proceeded to bombard me with offer after offer to add "free" product to my order (I noticed in the fine print for every offer that it would change my order to subscription which again I did not want!) - I was very careful to make sure I set up a one-time purchase, and also replied with the "no thanks" button for every single offer. Immediately once the last offer came through, it suddenly said "sorry your payment was declined". I checked my email, no messages from the company. Them go onto pay-pall, and there is a "pending authorization" from this company. VERY tricky of them, as when a payment is pending you cannot cancel or submit a complaint. More importantly, I call this company and they assured me they see nothing on their end of an order processing for me. Great right, nope. Next call is to paypall, and they also stated They can't cancel as its in authorization and hasn't gone through. And that the company has up to 30 days to process the payment at any time. In addition, the kind PayPal rep let me know that the company had set me up for SUBSCRIPTION to bill every month!!!! Thankfully paypal was able to cancel the recurring subscription; we will need to follow up though for another month now to make sure the initial payment does not go through. This bums we out SO MUCH. I am usually only all about doing positive reviews. I am hoping this review may help to save someone from this same trouble though.

Will let you know when I use product. Buying for my grandaughter.

It has moderate prices. Did not like all the extra products they offer.

The product pages were very easy to follow and the information was very good. The checkout was fast and easy.!!

I liked the presentation & photos. The Dr. knows her business & how to help with hair loss. I’m encouraged to use the products!

The Pureance products sound wonderful! I’m getting the shampoo and if it works well on my hair then I’ll get several of their products. They have a very good selection!

Good information, thorough examination. Felt a little high-pressure toward the end, but I found the offers enticing.
