I just ordered products, so haven't tried them yet. I am hopeful the hair products will live up to my expectations. I did not like the upsell prior to checkout. The information was not clear. It was "buy 2 get 2 free." $24.50 per bottle. Considering 2 were free I was expecting to be charged $49.00. Nowhere did it give me a subtotal until I clicked the "add to my order" button. It charged my credit card $98.00 for this add- on, without giving me the opportunity to back out of the sale. I was very disappointed. I will be hesitant to buy anything else from any company that does this. Do Better. Be straight forward. If your products are truly that good, you wouldn't need to use these deceptive practices. It left a bad taste in my mouth.

I hate how you keep trying to sell other products beside the Hydralift shampoo. It makes me doubt the product that I just bought. That is just so wrong on so many levels! I pray that the shampoo works because I Will want my money back if it doesn’t!

I did not realize I agreed to a subscription of the Wellness Bundle, which started as I thought I was only ordering the Pureance Even Glow product, with discount for 2 bottles. The Even Glow product is suppose to reduce dark spots, and after 2 full months of religious applications, I have noticed no change at all with my dark spots.(the Even Glow & the Wellness bundle cost $300...so that's enough money down the drain.) My main concern was receiving another box of the 4 bottles in the Wellness Bundle...I called and am returning all those bottles...no interest in trying those supplements. At least I'll get that $72 back...I hope, & have that subscription stopped.Since I own 2 full bottles of Even Glow, I'll keep trying , in hopes of something working. The Customer Service person was very helpful in explaining the return process.

I purchased the serum and it’s too soon to tell if it’s working well. Especially because it is suggested to use with the hot and cold instrument .which I purchased . I could not remove the cap from the base to use it. I called customer service who explained the technique ( not given on the instruction sheet). I could not nor could two other adults remove the lid from the base. I wanted to exchange it but they will not send me a new one till they receive the defective one. By the time this happens I will be away from Canada for an extended period. Nor will they compensate for shipping or the “tariffs” I have to pay to return…a defective item.
