Thanks so much, Shirley! That's so sweet that you're buying for your granddaughter. We'd love to hear how she likes it once she's had a chance to try it!

The Pureance products sound wonderful!
The Pureance products sound wonderful! I’m getting the shampoo and if it works well on my hair then I’ll get several of their products. They have a very good selection!

Good information
Good information, thorough examination. Felt a little high-pressure toward the end, but I found the offers enticing.
Response from PureanceSep 14, 2026
Thank you for the thoughtful feedback! Glad the information was thorough and useful, and I've noted the high-pressure feel toward the end for our team, even if the offers themselves were enticing, that balance matters.

The presentation was factual and made sense!
The presentation was very informative. I've been researching my hair loss and it was all very truthful and factual. It made sense. The site was easy to navigate. I have great hope that this will help with my hair needs. The only concern I have was the products at the end. If these are truly necessary then tell us in the orginal presentation. I have great hope in this product!!

Thank you so much for the thoughtful feedback, and for flagging the upsell timing, that's a fair point and I've shared it with our team. We're glad to be part of your routine either way, and our 365-day guarantee means there's no risk in giving it a try.

So VERY informative!!!
So VERY informative!!! Only annoying thing was all the Add-Ons. If the shampoo proves as claimed, I would be TOTALLY faithful to your product line. Do you have an Online Catalog, IF your shampoo results prove true???
Response from PureanceAug 31, 2026
Thank you so much, glad the info was helpful! And yes, you can browse our full haircare and skincare line anytime at pureance.com/shop. I've also passed along your feedback about the add-on offers at checkout, that's fair and we want to make ordering simpler. Hope HydraLift becomes a staple for you! You can check our catalog on our official website https://www.pureance.com
