Purblack is an excellent Shilajit, it gives me energy and focus to get through stressful days and provides all the missing minerals that foods are lacking these days. There are cheaper inferior products out there, I highly recommend Purblack! Will certainly buy more when I run out.

I can't say enough positive things about PurBlack's Shilajit resin. I've tried other resins and none of them dissolve as purely as this product. I've been taking it for several years now, at times with gaps between. During the gaps I notice a drop in my mood and energy levels. As soon as I resume taking the resin I immediately begin to feel better. I recommend this to anybody who is fatigued, has any hormonal imbalance, and wants to improve digestion. It also pairs well with any mushroom extract you're taking as it helps them to absorb into your body more efficiently. This is my number one go to supplement.
