First I noticed the jar did not look full but I was just hoping it would be a month supply. I took one gram a day and the jar lasted just 12 days and I didn't feel any difference using this product. Very disappointed. I documented the days I took it so we will see if they honor their money back guarantee. If they do I will edit my review for good customer service and ethics.

I had a seamless experience. One comment/complaint. MY only complaint is the the purblack container gets stuck. Do you have a way to clean the cover and bottom so it can be opened the next day without it sticking so solidly? Thank you

Terry thank you for the review. Yes, the resin does get very sticky. Especially in the summer. This is just the nature of any shilajit resin. You can do couple things: keep the rims of the jar clean if the resin got on it clean it off with a damp clean cloth. This should do it:)
