I purchase a labradoodle from puppyspot. I did not get the size that I had ordered. However puppyspot refunded me and rehome my labradoodle to a great new home.

The experience was so/so. We live in California and finding a breeder that was willing to ship a Rottweiler puppy to California was very difficult. Puppy Spot brokered that as a liaison for multiple breeders. As far as customer service goes, I have documented this in a previous review for them. We had hiccups and some difficulties that were unnecessary. Additionally you pay approximately a 25% premium for using their service because of the alleged medical/health warranty that they provide on their puppies. That sounds great and dandy until you read what the warranty covers and all of the exclusions which really means that “You’re on your own kid!” For the lack of transparency which is slightly deceptive, I would never use their service again. As far as our dog goes, he is great and we love him to pieces. Our best experience with Puppy Spot was communicating directly with the breeder.

We found Arabella on Puppy spot almost a year ago now. We fell in love immediately. The team at puppy spot were very helpful and responsive. Our sweet girl is happy, healthy and one of the family. When I ready for a brother for Arabella, Puppy Spot it the first place I’ll go. I’ve recommended Puppy Spot to several friends and to a woman at the pet food store who stopped to admire Arabella and ask where to find a Havanese.

This is great website the get your furry companion for your family and also to be part of a family. We got the puppy we seen on the website in great conditions.
