I got my puppy, Benji, from puppy spot about nine months ago and I am so glad that I did.

It was a dream come true finding my forever Shiba Inu Puppy! When I saw her pictures, I felt like she was calling my soul. The customer service with Puppy Spot was more than Pawfect! The rep I talked with was very patient and answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. I’m so happy with my Shiba Inu, she is the perfect puppy for me and am forever grateful!

We love cody he is awesome dog the process was simple but because of weather we had slight delay getting him home the delivery was 2 days latter but other than that all is greatly

My only complaint was the day my puppy was delivered I was sent email that I had to pick him up at a Gas Station I was not familiar with ! Thank God my neighbor drove me to meet the driver delivery guy ! He was very nice man and handed me my Puppy along with his paperwork and Food ! I asked if he had a box-carrier ! No he didn’t so Lucky the puppy was well behaved !

I was a bit apprehensive at first because I had never purchased an expensive (or inexpensive, for that matter) puppy with only a text photo and a short paragraph. I researched PuppySpot and talked with a representative about negative reviews I read. I spoke with my original sales rep several times. He was always very patient and helpful. Arianna(Muffin now), my parti-colored Pomeranian, flew to the Tri- Cities airport from Texas with no problems, very healthy and already knew a few commands and was very social, even then. She's a really special little girl!

Puppyspot was easy to work with and very professional from the beginning to the end. We received the puppy of our dreams in October and he is now one year old.
