am so glad that I found Tichiwah, our chihuahua, at PuppySpot. She has been a joy since we brought her home. She is so loving, bright, and strong. We feel very fortunate! Everyone we dealt with at PuppySpot was professional and helpful throughout the process. We met her breeder-- and she was the greatest and made a sincere attempt to make our experience positive.

I’ve never written a review in my entire life but I am making a point to do this NOW to save another person from making a mistake. I am at the beginning stages of looking for my perfect goldendoodle puppy that would fit in with my family. I filled out their application online so I could get more details. They set up a call. Great. They call me on time.. i think again.. GREAT! The first thing the guy says to me is “so have you picked out your puppy by looking at the photos?” I then went into how I would like more details and we aren’t ready JUST yet to buy the dog. I want to be 100% sure it’s the perfect fit. The guy literally laughs if my face and continues to say “if you aren’t buying a dog now then when are you?” His tone was rude but i brushed this off. I continued to say that I’m doing as much research as i can and would be looking to buy a puppy in February or March and asked questions about flying the puppy to me or if he can find me a close breeder so I can drive. He said (WITHOUT KNOWING MY LOCATION) “ you’re puppy will definitely fly and it’s $400 to do so”. I have so many questions. Does someone fly with the dog? Are these poor puppies flown alone in a crate in luggage? This is not ok. The guy again laughs at me over the phone and in the most condescending, rude way goes “this is an online website where you need to buy now. If you saw something on amazon would you wait until February to get it?” I cannot explain how mad this mad me. Here i am being a responsible person getting all the details i need before i make this commitment because a puppy is like having an infant and the guy tells me i need to look at the photos online and just pick a puppy. I’m sorry but that is NOT OK. You should VET the person who is looking to buy the puppy. Ask them what kind of home they love in, what personality of a dog would best fit in with their lifestyle. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IT HAVING YOU BUY THESE POOR PUPPIES NOW. All the guy kept saying to me was that they are vetted and the best puppies out there. I’m sorry but that did make me comfortable. I rather do more research and find a reliable, trusted breeder near me to meet and ask my questions to. Pay attention to these bad reviews. Do not buy from here. I’m so happy i didnt buy a puppy from here and did my research. Also it’s no surprise that all of their “good” reviews are posted on the same day or only on their website. This is called paying people to write good reviews for you. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible.

I had my full breed (as they say) Siberian husky for almost 2 months now. They told me he was healthy, shots all up to date.. I took him to the vet & comes to find out they gave all his shots way too early. had to pay for those to get them again. My husky since i got him has diarrhea. He has parasites that puppyspot NEVER said anything about. Why would they right when they are getting so much money for a dog. This IS a puppy mill. FALSE information. im completely angry

DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT use this company. Before I purchased I read reviews and was like okay maybe people are being dramatic about their experience... at first it was excellent they called me non stop to take care of the details and then it turned into my Puppy couldn’t fly in on Tuesday from Missouri so he was scheduled to arrive Friday at 3. Then the day before his flight got changed to 10am which I just swept under the rug and rearranged things AGAIN. It was a surprise for my 8 year old so when we got to the airport I gave her a bag with the collar and leash in it she cried tears of joy and we found out two minutes later my dog never arrived. They called the airline to double check and nope no dog. I immediately called my puppy manager who started rambling off about the puppy leaving Chicago (he was coming from Missouri ). She put me on a twenty minute hold , after an hour I started to drive away from the airport when a “manager” called me and said no turn around I just got told he is there the flight was late... I told her I spoke with the airline themselves and the plane had landed an hour ago there was no dog on board. She said she would call me back and at the two hour mark I called to speak to the woman I had been dealing with since my initial Purchase and she couldn’t tell me where my dog was, gave me an extension to the “manager “ but turns out that extension didn’t even work. I called back again and each time she was even more snotty and still couldn’t tell me where my $3,000 puppy was. At the 2.5 hour mark I contacted the airline themselves who made some phone calls and confirmed that somehow he was in Chicago but it was now too hot to fly so they have to send him to a hotel overnight and hopefully send him out in the morning if it’s not too hot(its supposed to be 99 degrees tmw) I was told that puppy spot would be contacted about this and I should hear back from puppy spot with the new itinerary details. So these people had no problem taking my money but don’t have the decency to find out where my poor dog is let alone communicate with me!!?? Now my puppy has been in his crate since at least 7 am until god knows when they get him to a hotel. The airline reassured me that someone would Let him out of the crate and feed him you would think puppy spot would want to ease a buyers mind and let them know that their puppy is okay but it’s been almost four hours and no one has contacted me. The fact that I just took ten minutes out of my day to write this shows just how terrible this experience is because I normally wouldn’t write a review good or bad on anything even if you paid me. This company is shady and cruel, I pray to god my little guy is okay overnight and gets here first thing tmw morning ***update they are now planning to send my puppy first thing in the morning but then the next phone call I Got Said they were Sending my dog with a chaperone (ok sweet) third Phone call said the chaperone was in Georgia and her flight was Delayed so by the time She got to my dog in Chicago he wouldn’t arrive to me in Hartford until 10pm Saturday (mind you He was Supposed to be in at 10am Friday) so the final update is that I now have to Drive 2.5 hours to Boston to pick up my puppy from a different airport in order to have him before 10-11pm tmw night. Unreal

Puppy spot was so helpful during our purchase and after too. They were there to help out and give advise whenever we needed it. Our Tanner is one year old and doing great! We love him so much and he has become a strong part of our family.
