From the beginning to the end, PuppySpot went above and beyond to make sure our cockapoo arrived safely and healthy to us. We were very pleased with their service and expertise. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a puppy but doesn't want to go through the hassle of finding a reputable breeder or risk being taken advantage of.

It was a very experience dealing with PuppySpot! Our puppy flew into our local airport with no issues at all. She was extremely healthy and she is an amazing pup! Would highly recommend this to anyone

Terrible company that does not properly vet their breeders. I received a puppy that tested positive for an intestinal parasite and most likely lice. One other thing is getting Puppy Spot to respond to a question is laughable. I do not recommend Puppy Spot to anyone.

From the first inquiry to after our puppy’s arrival, every person I came into contact with at PuppySpot was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient! My puppy is the cutest, sweetest, most fun baby ever. She does have one eye that is considerably larger than the other. But the doctors have given her a clean bill of health. She has quickly become the boss of this house ruling over her two sisters, a Rottie and a Toy Poodle. If you are looking for just the right puppy, PuppySpot seems to cover all your bases. In addition, they give their babies 10 year health guarantee as long as you do not breed them. They also offer quite a few perks once you have made your purchase.

Your puppy concierge Paul trela was absolutely amazing and very passionate to us about our puppy! He listened and went out of his way to accommodate us! We are so grateful for all that he did for us and deeply appreciate him! However your puppy managers need to work on there customer service skills a bit! We were very stressed because there was no follow through, no one seemed to know the answer to our questions and one manager even told us we could cancel😠absolurely unacceptable ! Plus our puppy was delayed 3 times to come to us!!we love our pompsky he is beautiful and loves us as much as we love him!! We are truly blessed

As a breeder who has had transactions with Puppyspot, I have to say I believe their heart is in the right place but they are an organizational train-wreck. My last several placements with them fell through. On two of them, they never let me know. In one situation, I had already gotten the veterinary health exam, submitted all the documentation and dropped the puppy off at the airport for her flight (the airport is a 2 hour drive for me). Then, they called and told me the puppy wasn't yet cleared for travel (although they had made the flight reservation) and I needed to go back and retrieve her. In other situations, the travel department doesn't let the breeders know of flight reservations until less than a full day before the flight. This makes it very difficult to make the necessary arrangements to transport the puppy to the airport and/or make arrangements for someone to care for dogs and puppies in my absence. It seems the "left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing". On a health guarantee claim, they (in my opinion) did not provide all testing documentation and withheld the one document which indicated the problem was not a genetic issue, but due to the new owner not detecting a UTI months after placement. Again, I believe Puppyspot is a good concept. However, they are incredibly unorganized and have some definite growth areas. Although I can get a higher payment from my PuppySpot puppies, it just isn't worth the hassle. They appear to quickly be becoming a dumping ground for puppies of substandard breeders. No special recognition is given on their website to breeders who perform all recommended health tests for their breed or for those who title their dogs in anything but a conformation venue. I had hoped new management might inspire some noticeable improvements. But, from a breeder aspect, it's difficult for a responsible breeder to do business with Puppyspot. Until they "up their game", they'll be left to market substandard puppies from substandard breeders.
