This is another puppy mill. To make matters worse.....MY dog came with giardia....another 150.xx in addition to the 3,300 I had already spent. So very sad.

I'm truly blown away by the quality of contact, and care. After we paid our bill for Spud, the Bernedoodle, my wife and i looked at each other, and said..... what if?? I mean what if we order a 100+lb as big as you can get Bernedoodle and wind up with a Chihauhaua?? At that point and with that thought what did we just do.... Well we got the smartest, funniest, cleverest 13lb healthy happy 8 week old Bernedoodle you could ever imagine!... Smart, as he was house broken the first night, he made sure to wake us up, so we could take him outside... however they find and evaluate the Breeders, is more than impressive... We had a constant contact with PuppySpot, a daily email, call or even text from them providing us with prep info, flight times and arrival updates, and after arrival double checks that all went well. Impressive as well is their follow-up to make sure that the day after Vet check takes place, and that their insurance reimbursement program is activated... Both my wife and I would be proud to give them 10 stars, as well asking them to congratulate and thank their selected Breeder for a job not well done, but perfectly done!... I would be happy to have my phone number given to any one who might want a personal conformation... many thanks PUPPY SPOT with shout outs to Allen, our initial contact and the entire team for a job professionally and very well done!

Everyone I worked with at PuppySpot was highly knowledgeable, patient, kind... and empathetic to all of the emotions that come with selecting a new puppy. I have a happy, healthy, adorable puppy and am thrilled.

Great experience just like with the other dog we got several years ago

Terrible, puppy manager supposed to call us 24-48 hours before arrival of the puppy. No one reaching out, and flight information was bad, did not show where he flu in from only show the destination and fly number. We tried to reached out before the puppy arrived and I was on hold for 30 minutes

At first I was a little nervous because. I was putting a large amount of money! When I receive my puppy Skippy by air cargo. I don’t fell anymore I dumped my money in any way we love our puppy, she’s happy and healthy. PuppySpot is the best! Good customer service

PuppySpot was super helpful and very very good. We got the exact puppy we wanted and although we paid more than normal for a French Bulldog puppy, it was an investment well worth it!
