Puppy arrived in a soft crate with a very nice concierge but sadly was covered with diarrhea and vomit.

Puppy Spot's follow up with the puppies travel was very bad. They were pushy in other areas, especially on "paying" for the puppy quickly or risk losing it. I love my puppy and wouldn't trade him for anything, but I would not recommend PuppySpot as it is today.

I had a wonderful experience with Puppyspot. From my puppy concierge to the puppy manager and the transportation team, everything was great. I got updated photos and videos through the app while I was waiting for my puppy. I chose delivery to my door so the pup wouldn't be stuck on the plane and when he came he was everything I hoped for and more. Super healthy and gorgeous breed type and obviously well cared for and socialized by the breeder. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I guess the overall was a five star performance from Puppy Spot. They found the right puppy for our family and I think everything but the weather going to Ash Flat, AR was just great. We have three dogs now and one is 11 years old. If we purchase another family member, we will call on Puppy Spot to find what we are looking for and assist us in getting our new puppy. Oh, the breeder met us in Ash Flat, AR on a Friday morning and the weather where she was coming from was not good, so we appreciate her bring "Nick" to Ash Flat.

Service was great. Communication was very good. Kept me up to date on all issues. Puppy arrived in excellent condition. Prices were a little high, but the breeder and they have to make money so I understand and knew it when I was purchasing the puppy.
