Overall I had a positive experience with PuppySpot. The initial sales process was super fast & easy. Communication after the sale tended to be clunky at times. With so many different customer service associates involved, I often received conflicting information, although the app was the fastest way to receive answers to my questions. The biggest area that needs improvement is communication around the puppy's travel. I was told for the first couple of weeks after the purchase that the ground transportation company would only deliver the puppy on a Friday. I selected the Friday that worked best for me, arranged to take the day off work, and then a few days before the puppy was shipped I was told he would be arriving on a Sunday or Monday. I asked to reschedule to a different date since I was not available on those days, and I was told that would delay his shipment by two weeks, so we rearranged our schedules to make the new arrival date work. The puppy arrived healthy and happy after his 2-day ground transportation journey, and his initial vet appointment indicated that he's in great health except for a touch of giardia, which isn't uncommon with puppies. I was relieved as I had read some horror stories about sick puppies arriving from PuppySpot, but my experience was positive and we have a cute & happy pup!

Process went very smoothly. We were given timely information about the progress of our puppy and lots of informative articles which helped us to better prepare for our little guy's arrival.

Expensive but it’s well worth it

It took a while but it was worth every minute, we love our Alice, she’s so sweet and great with my grandchildren. Thanks again Barbara Dubois

Easy and smooth. Great puppy, staff followed through on any issues promptly and sent my (very small) puppy on a plane with a chaperone. I was not asked to pay for that. This is my second dog from this group and he is as terrific as my first. You won’t go wrong with Puppyspot!

Really exceptional experience overall - The team at Puppy Spot stayed in touch with me and provided constant updates - One area of opportunity would be better communication internal to Puppy Spot team members as it was handed off multiple times to different players and details / coordination with the breeder pick up / handoff were lost in translation and lack of follow up. Regardless we have the best puppy in the world and couldn’t be happier - Sean
