I selected my Purebred Female Boxer puppy when she was 5 weeks old through the Puppyspot website. I was immediately contacted and I completed the transaction. Communication was initially great but after the first few days I did not get any updates. I had to pester my sales contact for updated photos and and a video but I did get it from the breeder eventually. The transport company did great and my puppy arrived safe and happy. However, my puppy was infested with 3 different types of parasites and was very underweight. You could see every rib sticking out. She is now on a prescription diet. I understand that parasites are very common in puppies so I have no issue with Puppyspot. Overall, very happy with the new member of my pack.

We were referred to PuppySpot by a friend and are so thankful for how it all worked out. We got a beautiful miniature schnauzer that is amazing for our family. My daughter has allergies to dogs (on a scale of 5 being the worst, she is a 4). She's had zero reaction or issue to him since has hair, not fur and is purebred. I don't know the breeder but am very impressed. Communication with PuppySpot and delivery was exceptional. We have nothing but positive reviews!!

I believe your care for my Georgia was top notch. You were honest about the luxating patella and we will definitely have the problem taken care of if need be. How ever our vet feels as she builds muscle the problem may go away. She is very happy, lively, and smart. She picks up quickly. Finally, I think the shipping process was great. Thanks for a rewarding experience for the little one and me.

We had a great experience with Puppy Spot. We lost our lovely 14 year old golden retriever in June, and our second golden was very depressed, as well as our family. We checked local breeders within our state and neighboring, and because of COVID the demand for puppies was very high. Waits were 9 months or more. I found puppy spot and was a little unsure at first but the reviews were great. Everything was wonderful in the service. We did decide to not wait for the puppy to be delivered as it was longer than we expected. The initial information I believe said about a week, but when we talked to them we were told it might be up to 4 weeks because of current conditions. We decided to pick up the puppy ourselves. Luckily it was driving distance (about 11 hours - a little long but manageable). The communication on day before vet checks as well as meeting to pick up the puppy and what we needed to prepare was fantastic. The wonderful baby golden retriever has been a fantastic addition to our family and the process was very well thought out and managed. We have had several goldens over the years and she is a great temperament and you can tell she had some basic social training before we picked her up. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

We loved the beginning of dealing with PuppySpot. We got satisfactory answers when we inquired about the puppy and the process. It was great how traveling was arranged for, even during COVID-19 pandemic. Things that could be improved upon: the form the vet had to fill out for the first exam came 2 hours before our vet appointment and I didn't see it until after the appointment. I had to work extra to get the form to the vet and for him to get it back to us. Also, I kept getting calls from a company called "third party pet" whom I have never hear of before to find out many days and messages later that they're connected to AKC and PuppySpot and AKC has an agreement to work together. Overall we're happy because we got a very healthy and happy puppy who brought a lot of joy to our family!

Betsy arrived safely tail wagging and is perfect in every way. Couldn’t have asked for a more lovely dog. Rony and the team managed to get her to us safely despite COVID challenges. Would recommend PuppySpot when searching for the perfect puppy. Thank you

Absolutely wonderful experience! Puppy spot went above and beyond with their customer service. They sent updated pictures as soon as they could and was prompt to respond to any questions I had. They made the delivery process so easy for my sweet pup & I could not Be happier with my purchase. Best thing that has ever happened to me was a sweet baby girl and puppy spot made that possible!
