Our PuppySpot experience was excellent. We read all the information, looked at hundreds of pictures, selected a puppy, and sent money. PuppySpot reps followed up (on a Sunday). In this and subsequent calls and emails, they answered all our questions promptly and fully, reinforcing the confidence we placed in them as a broker. A kind young courier delivered Jolly to us at 4am on a cold December morning. She is healthy, rapturously happy and has brought tremendous joy into our life. Thanks, PuppySpot!

We are very happy with our puppy and the exceptional customer service at Puppy Spot. The 4 star rating was given since our puppy arrived very dirty and badly matted. I notified Puppy Spot and they paid for a grooming.

They only care about the money and nothing else.
