We had a wonderful experience with PuppySpot to get our Archie, a cavapoo. From our first connection with a customer service representative, to having Archie dropped off to our home directly, every part of the process was smooth, and they were communicative the entire time. It only took about a week after we initially put down our deposit to receive the pup. We downloaded the app and had a few questions about details of his arrival, and those were answered swiftly. I couldn't recommend them enough. it was clear they had partnered with a wonderful breeder who really cared about his dogs. The day after we received Archie, the breeder called us to check on how he was doing - so great!!!

we are truly happy with our dog and he brings life back to our 13 year old chihuahua who now has a play mate. the purchase was worth every dollar and having the chip makes us more secure just in case but the dog is the last of our children whom are grown. so all we have left is our dogs thanks again

Update The puppy I purchased was deaf. When I informed PuppySpot about the issue, they wanted to ignore me and dance around the fact that they sold a deaf dog. They do not do health checks, as they stated. I am beyond pissed. The puppy spot continues to dance around the issue. They offered nothing but a headache. They even dared to tell me I can rehome him and still pay for him. Run as far as you can. We Are beyond devastated and puppy spot is doing nothing to help. They violated the health guarantee they're not a trustworthy business. I purchased a Boston Terrier on 12/16/2020 everything went smoothly at that time he was only 4 weeks so we had a bit of a wait on our hands. Now after the purchase of the puppy. Puppy spot didn’t keep in contact as much as they did before. I think this is due to you going from the sales team to the next step your puppy advocate who handles everything until it’s time for puppy travel then you go to your travel team. My puppy had a umbilical hernia and puppy spot reached out to me swiftly it was discovered durning the pre home vet visit. Our puppy spot advocate gave us options we could let him have the surgery or leave it alone or we could cancel the puppy and choose a new one. Well we fell in love with his pictures so we opted to let him have the surgery. The breeder was fantastic she immediately scheduled the surgery and we received update photos throughout. The surgery delayed his arrival by 10 days but our puppy advocate sent new photos every 4 days and also sent updated vet information to let us know that he was healing fine. Day 11 post surgery we picked our handsome Boston up. Our puppy spot travel team contacted us 2 days prior. I received location and information all I had to do was show up. He’s just so beautiful and fun. We met the breeder she is awesome and you can tell that she really cared about him and made sure he was well taken care of. Puppy spot reached out to confirm pick up. Yes puppy spot is super expensive but the extra goes towards the purchaser having a peace of mind. You know you’re not being scammed, the puppy is coming home healthy, you literally don’t have to purchase toys, blankets , bed water and food bowl because puppy spot sends you all of those things. I would purchase again. It was hassle free and I got exactly what I wanted and was kept in the loop.

I've had a terrible experience so far and still have not received my puppy. The salesperson, Tony, was super nice and helpful until he closed the deal. Then it went from "I'm here for whatever you need" to "I get 200+ texts, calls, and emails everyday so use the app instead of me." He literally just stopped answering my questions. I was trying to get a time range of when my puppy would be delivered on 1/13 and he stated he could not provide that. No one could. How am I supposed to plan my work day if I have no idea when I need to take off? Ok so I decided I'll just take the full day off on 1/13 plus take off the 2 days after my puppy is delivered to get him adjusted. Now, it is the day before my puppy is supposed to be delivered and I still don't have any travel confirmation. I reached out to Puppy Spot and they informed me he's actually coming 3 days later than they had originally promised and even that date isn't guaranteed. NO ONE BOTHERED TO TELL ME THIS WHILE I'M OVER HERE PLANNING MY SCHEDULE AROUND THIS DELIVERY DATE. Meanwhile, I have used 3 days off from work and I am losing all that income when I could actually be working because my puppy isn't even coming. Now it's too late for me to adjust my time off to give myself and my puppy the extra time to adjust to each other. I asked to speak to a manager about some sort of compensation for this inconvenience and gave a specific time when I needed them to call back because of my work schedule. Of course, he calls back outside of those hours because no one in this company can communicate effectively thus far. Tony also told me that the dad was a black poodle but after I purchased, I found out he's actually a blue and white poodle. Lastly, I have been asking to have the puppy sent with a blanket that has his mom's scent on it. They said they can't do that. I asked if they could mail it instead since they can't send it with the puppy. No answer on that still over a week later. I've also asked for updated pictures for over a week now and have not received those. If a company wants to charge 5-star prices, they need to offer 5-star service. I don't mind paying extra for convenience and exceptional service but I am absolutely not OK paying more than double the going rate for a puppy for this type of service.

They have extremely poor communication. I’ve been trying to buy a puppy for over 48hrs at this point. They keep blocking my payments and cannot tell me why. I’ve contacted my bank and they said it’s an issue with the puppy spot site. Contacting the team is a pain as you are assigned a concierge whose line is always busy and you continuously have to chase to get anything done (I am on my second concierge and have the same issue). They are overwhelmed and the service shows that. For the price I would go elsewhere.

Wonderful Yorkie! Our Yorkie is a beautiful and smart girl, and we love her. There was confusion with PuppySpot regarding her arrival date, and we received her later than anticipated. I was given different information from different representatives. I didn’t mind that much because I like to get a 12 week old puppy. She’s healthy and happy. Potty training was a bit difficult and she chewed just a bit, but overall, I think she was trained earlier than most. She rarely has an accident She’s loving and very well socialized, and loves humans and other dogs. My husband and I love her so much, and she’s curious and playful. I would adopt from Puppy Spot again.

PuppySpot continues to lie and misrepresent the facts re a puppy we purchased on 12/10. After 2 delays for deliver, we contacted puppyspot to be told more misrepresentations. Once our puppy hit all the milestones of PuppySpot to be able to safely travel, they advised us none of that information was true and the dog couldn’t travel. I have confirmed through their app (which they repeated tell you to check because it’s their most up to date information) and their website, the dog has met the requirements to be able to travel. Yet PuppySpot continues to tell me the dog cannot travel. Once I pointed out the facts of why their information is not making any sense they refused to respond to me anymore. A month of back and forth with the company and no puppy...very disappointed to say the least. It would appear the ads claiming PuppySpot is a scam are correct.
