BUYER BEWARE!! They advertise that your puppy will arrive healthy. Our dog has since had multiple tumors along with surgeries and they denied our claim. This company is about charging top dollar for a puppy but does not stand behind their warranty and care for your dog. She got a tumor at less than 2 and another reoccurring tumor at 6. These types of tumors are 80% common in dogs. How dare you share personal information on a public review.

When we selected our puppy on PuppySpot and called to inquire about him, we were connected to Jeff Anderson. Jeff was able to answer all our questions about the puppy and fully explained the entire process. We have never purchased a dog through a site (always went directly to a breeder) but after speaking with Jeff, he put our minds at ease. We were kept up to date on our puppy's age and when he would be ready to be flown to our state. Jeff also made himself available if we had any questions. We were also excited when we received a box from PuppySpot containing all we would need for our new puppy (toys, leash, bed etc). PuppySpot truly goes out of their way to satisfy its customers and we couldn't be happier. The PuppySpot app was also very helpful and informative. Our puppy arrived on the date we were told and was delivered by Puppy Cab. Neal was the driver and he kept us informed of his location from when he picked our puppy up from the airport until he was on our street.Neal took very good care of him during transport. We are very satisfied with PuppySpot and their dedicated and amazing customer service. I would highly recommend them.

We adopted a Sheepadoodle that we found on the website. Easy to adopt, great answering questions, easy payment system. Gift package they sent has great high quality stuff. Very impressed with the purchase process. Once we signed the papers, they kind of went dark. Don't expect updates or pictures while you are waiting for your puppy to get big enough to come home. We never heard from them and the response was poor. However, once it was time for him to come, we were notified, given the travel info and it went smoothly. Our puppy is wonderful and obviously well taken care of on the trip to us. Overall, it was a great experience and the puppy is wonderful.

The PuppySpot representative (Aneel) was very rude in the beginning. I felt like every time I asked a question he was being bothered. After that the process itself went smooth. Only thing would change is being able to get hold of breeder for question ahead of meet.

The puppy is a delight. She's cute and I like the puppyspot process but it's very hard to potty train her because the amish breeder that I bought her through must teach the pups to go potty in the crate. After I took her to the vet, the vet too said she got her puppy from an amish breeder and was very difficult to potty train her puppy as well. The puppies should have a natural instinct not to go potty where they sleep but the puppy doesn't seem to care which is making it much harder to train. The vet said that the amish community keeps all the dogs in crates so the mother dog teaches the puppies the bad habit. They have way to many dogs that they breed so I guess they have no choice to put them in crates as it's over populated with dogs and puppies. Oh well, hopefully I get her trained 1 day. The first puppy I got through puppy spot was the best experience which is why I got another one but also the first puppy was bought through a non amish breeder on puppy spot. So I'd say, know what your getting into before you make your decision on which puppy to get.
