All happened as planned but communication with PuppySpot was not the smoothest and left much to be desired

Great communication before, during, and after we bought our puppy. Our puppy rep answered all of our questions. Quality breeder, vaccination records provided, great follow up and registration with American Kennel Club.

First. The “Puppy Managers” via text versus the “Puppy Managers” on the phone are completely different. One tells you one thing and the other tells you a completely different scenario. Two. The price is way to much for what is offered. We do adore the puppy so there is always a silver lining.

My new Pug puppy arrived safe and sound - albeit a little later than initially expected. The person transporting the puppy did call and kept me apprised of ETA so no unnecessary waiting or worrying. Everyone from the initial outreach (Linda was my sales contact) to the follow up from the breeder went well. My puppy is happy and healthy T.G.

Despite some initial concern about not dealing directly with the breeder, the entire experience with Puppyspot, from choosing our puppy, to arranging travel, and periodic follow up along the way was professional, responsive and seamless. Our Ruby arrived on February 10th, and has been an absolutely wonderful addition to our family, particularly during this difficult year of the pandemic.

The process was simple and we got the best puppy ever. She is a Golden Retriever and simply perfect! Everyone at Puppyspot were helpful, responsive and communicated with us on the process and next steps. Thank you Puppyspot!

We are very happy with our new member of our family. She is absolutely adorable and perfect match for us. Bailey is just a joy from day one of receiving her. I highly recommend Puppyspot. They kept us informed, sent pictures. The puppy cab driver (Dean) that delivered her was just great with her.

My puppy is wonderful and arrived healthy and happy! During the search process I found the representatives to be great communicators sending me information quickly. After I made my payment I had to frequently call and check in to receive updates and answers (reason for 4 stars). I think having a scheduled weekly image and weight update for people waiting would be nice. Also, the puppy arrived with different food than what was given in the app and I had to wait to find out which one I should use. I wish I could've received a few photos of when my dog was younger to keep, but overall it was a great experience and I couldn't be happier now that he's home with me!
