Your app does not work well. Plus difficult to get a hold of people.

Everyone was so helpful and responses…
Everyone was so helpful and responses to my questions were immediate. Since I was concerned about purchasing a puppy online and unseen, I had a lot of question and concerns and was put at ease with everyone that help.

$7k later, NO PUPPY.
I paid $7k over a month ago for my puppy. They ignored several emails and called me hours before the puppy was supposed to arrive to tell me he might have a serious health condition and since they’re telling me before he arrives, it won’t be covered by the Health Guarantee. They said I would have to decide in a few mins or else they would sell my puppy to someone else. I called back less than an hour later to say I’ll keep him, but before I could say anything they said they have already decided to sell my puppy to someone else.

this is all about the money
this is all about the money; a very greedy company now owned by a private equity fund.. after hours and hours i reached out to the current ceo and asked if they had any discount or assistance for those of us that are disabled and low income; i was totally blown off. in today's world most companies provide moral compassion and assistance; was just the opposite of this place i never even got a response from this pompous ceo. please share with your friends; i have just started

Rob - We are truly disappointed to learn that you had such a negative view on our PuppySpot employees. All PuppySpot employees are compassionate dog-lovers and never see our puppies as dollar signs. While we apologize if you felt we weren't able to assist you, we can assure you our team truly cares about everyone in our community, We understand that our service may a bit expensive for some and although we do offer payment options, we never want anyone to go above their means, when there are plenty of local reputable shelters with loving dogs who deserve a happy home. Although we may not have been a good fit for you, we wish you the best in your puppy journey.

Our Oreo aka Colt from Puppy Spot…
I bought Oreo aka Colt from Puppy Spot he was 4 months old 2020 a Havanese. Puppy Spot is the best they are very professional and they kept me updated with all the information I needed to know about his well being the traveling from Missouri where he was to his new home in Massachusetts They drove him right to our front door they went a little pass us lol when we were waiting on the sidewalk I give Puppy Spot 5 stars cause I am very happy with there services they provide they are exceptional professionals they care about their puppies and their customers Thank You for giving us our very healthy and happy fur baby Oreo

Puppy Spot was a wonderful experience
Puppy Spot was a wonderful experience. They were helpful from beginning to end! There service is well worth it!!! We have the most beautiful mini-Labradoodle! He arrived at our doorstep happy and healthy and he’s adjusting really quick to his new forever home. We couldn’t have made a better choice and Love our little guy to pieces ♥️ Thank you so much PuppySpot 😊 🐶🧸

Best Experience Ever!!!!
This has been the best experience of my life when getting my fur baby!!! After being rejected and ignored from so many animal shelters in NJ, I was at my wits end, until I found Puppy Spot🐶!!! I have nothing negative to say about this whole process, the staff have been professional and understanding, and the concierge delivery guy Rick was such a nice guy, delivery to my front door was awesome!!!!
