I trained and showed Havanese in Conformation, Obedience and Agility - and have all the ribbons to prove it. So - I was very skeptical about buying a new puppy online and not being able to meet or examine him before plunking down a sizable fee for the puppy and transportation charges. Well - I want you to know I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE PUPPY BUT ALSO THIS STRANGE NEW EXPERIENCE OF ONLY MEETING HIM ONLINE BEFORE HE ARRIVED AS THE NEW FAMILY MEMBER!!! Brought him to our veterinarian who gave him five stars as well! With no in-person dog shows or other ways of interacting with breeders now, PuppySpot is filling a large role in matching puppies with their new loving families. Many Thanks!

Poor communication-received pictures from the breeder the day my puppy was shipped. Puppy Spot broke several promises to get updates and pictures of my puppy as I waited for her to come home. I gave 3 stars only because my fur baby is healthy and I absolutely adore her!

The whole process was easy and great. Customer services were very helpful with any questions i had. The travel arrangements were safe for puppy and she arrived right on time and in great shape. I would definitely recommend PuppySpot to anyone.

Puppy Spot help me from the beginning to the end and enable to get Winnie they were great people that were there I just said in the beginning to the end I’d recommend Puppy Spot to anyone who wants to try and get a nice puppy because they have the greatest puppies around that you can get

I’ve already sent several reviews! The experience had highs and lows. Confusion over money owed, delay in sending puppy because delivery place changed, delays because they couldn’t find a chaperone in a timely manner, change in instructions on receiving or picking up puppy at airport, not reporting underbite at earlier time. Now that we’ve had our puppy almost a month, those concerns are mostly forgotten but if asked I will tell it like it was, stressful! Communication could have been much better!

We recently received our second delivery from Puppy Spot - an adorable, frisky, high energy, HEALTHY Maltipoo named Sammy. Sammy quickly made himself at home and is being the typical pesty younger brother to our first delivery - a beautiful, sweet & HEALTHY Maltese named Violet. At this point Sammy likes Violet more than she likes him, but they are a hilarious duo despite her questioning the necessity of sharing her home, toys and snacks with him. We love both of our pups and have been pleased with the professional and loving way Puppy Spot handles the process of obtaining a puppy from them from start to finish. My first contact with Austin was a great experience - he was a delight to work with. The travel team kept us informed about the itinerary as arrangements were made and Sammy was dropped off at our door by a lovely person in a shiny delivery van. Sammy traveled in style beginning with his chaperoned charter flight on a PuppySpot plane to his delivery to our home.
