Puppy Spot has been, and still is, a great place to find good puppy things.
Reading information has been great for me to find out how to work with my little Luna, who is a terror with puppy teeth!!!.
Thank you for a great place to help Luna, and i can tell all my puppy friends.

Puppy managers
Puppy managers were great about getting us answer to our questions. If they didn’t have an immediate answer for us they would contact the breeder to find out for us.

A UNFINISHED SAGA
During my dealings with Puppy Spot, some were very good, some not. Most had to do with financial dealings where I was promised a reduction on my next pet selection after the previous one failed. I cannot find theses three ($600) adjustments anywhere. One such adjujstment was to reduce the cost of the dog I ended up with by the higher amount of the dog didn't get to have.
Was I getting bought off??? I wondered. Anyway, I got my dog Baby ( Bonnie) and when she arrived from an all day travel from Idoho to Texas, to Kingwood, Texas, to my home iin Houston, she was very ill. The porter who brought her took a picture of me hoilding her and she should have this if you follow up on this evaluation. I fed her and have her water and she seemed better until th next day when she got sick again. I took her to the ER and waited four hours in the blazing Texas sun. She was better after Subq, fluids, IV antibiotics, etc, (Cost to me $260). The next day I again took her to the vet (Cost to me $171)
With all of the care, she now flourishes. But, she was near death. I can send you whatever you want, but I would appreciated it if the discounts the sakemen (Jordon McMullen and Jeff Cole. They were very nice until the final sale and then they took a powder. And I want to be reimbursed for the medical expenses I incurred for a despirately ill pup. Also, someone needs to look into this incident with Baby so other dogs don't get this sick and preventtive measures are put into place.
P.S. The air carier was broken the dog had NO protective barrier throughout the flight and car drive. Since I paid for it, I was promisied a refund.
Since the salesmen have gone away, I need someone to advocate for me with all of the above. I want what I was promised during the negotiations with Jordan and Jeff and the other expenses noted above.

We are happy to report that we were able to connect with MaryKay and resolve her financial concerns. We also were able to discuss her health questions and remain available to discuss further once we have received the documents discussed at that time. We are most happy to hear that her puppy is doing great.

Beware...Not a good organization
We found a puppy we wanted to add to our family on puppy spot in late June 2022. We reached out to them and they were quick to respond. We quickly learned the process they conduct for all dogs, and said there would be a $900 transit fee on top of the $3k fee of the dog. They said there was a truck that would bring our dog to us and that the dog was not allowed out of the truck...even if over night travel was required. We asked that we pick up the puppy instead, and they ghosted us. We emailed them multiple times, left voice messages with them and never received a response. Seemed they didn't want to talk to us, unless they could put this pup on a truck and charge us the $900 extra fee. We called again, and asked if we could pick the dog up...they said no. So then we said, can we drive to the same city, and make the trip very short, they said they would call us back after checking with a supervisor, but they never called us back. I was confused, don't they want to sell this dog? Maybe the dog wasn't real in the first place? It was just frustrating and weird. We were pretty emotionally invested at this point too, so we didn't know what to think.
Then I did a search on craigslist and found the exact puppy!!! The breeder wasn't in Northern California, but only a short 2 hour drive from us here in Southern California. She charged us only $1,100 for the dog, not the $3,900 puppy spot wanted. She was great to work with, very caring and was happy to send us progress pictures up until the dog was 8 weeks of age and had his shots and deworming.
Puppy spot doesn't care about dogs. They probably don't care about working with good breeders either. They only care about keeping you as far away from the breeders as possible, and making the most money they can. Don't do business with them, we are so glad we didn't. You should have access to the breeder. Access to see a current photo or video. Ask to have the breeder put your name on a piece of paper next to the dog to verify its real. Our breeder had no problem with this, but puppy spot did. Try craiglist, or facebook to find local breeders and just don't fall for puppy spot and their weird sales tactics.

We are sorry that your experience in trying to get a puppy with us did not going according to your expectations. We very much are a community of dog lovers who believe that every family is better with a dog in it. We are glad you were able to find a puppy to add to your home even if it was not with us.

Awful company.
We confirmed the purchase with Jaime for a puppy via E-mail & were told it was placed on reserve. He said prior to purchasing we have to conduct an interview, & he scheduled it for 1:00 the next day. When we called in, he said the puppy was purchased by someone else. When connected with a manager, they gave no solutions, & said that they will coach their salespeople better. Awful company.

We regret that this was your experience with PuppySpot. At times, there are different families looking at the same puppy and reservations of who is first in line can be disappointing to learn about. While we wish you found a puppy with PuppySpot, we hope that you found one to join your family.
