Really happy with the puppy we got...the agent that help me get our puppy was super helpful and kept in contact thru the whole process, my puppy arrived right when they said she will and was very well taken care of....the only complaint I may have is that I requested updated pictures few times and I got them only 2 days before she arrived In general I'll highly recommend them to anyone This is a serious company and you don't have to worry about being scammed or about your puppy to get traumatized by the trip....excellent service

I was not impressed with how I received my puppy. She was full of urine and feces. She also was under weight and skittish. She now is doing great. She is a good dog. But I would recommend if you can go a different route to do so. Spent 900$ on delivery and to receive a puppy the way we did was not acceptable. I will not recommend puppy spot to anyone or will I use them again. The only reason they got 2 stars from me was we did end up with a great dog.

PuppySpot was amazing. My new best friend arrived on time, healthy and full of tail waggles. A special thank you to Linda F and Cassie R for their incredible help guiding me through the process

We were very pleased with how helpful Puppyspot was through out the entire process. Updating us on our new Baby's progress and sending videos and pictures. We would absolutely recommend Puppyspot to anyone interest in getting a puppy thank you Donna

My puppy was absolutely perfect and in good health. Her travel chaperone was the sweetest woman and I could tell she was greatly taken care of. She made travel day very easy, texting me updates and photos through out the day. She came with all her papers, easy instructions on how to set up her AKC registration and microchip, and a sweet note from her breeder. She has since become well adjusted to my home and got a clean bill of health from my vet. My only problem with puppy spot was their customer service. There was moments of major frustration in dealing with some of their representatives. Also when you are paying so much money for a puppy, you expect them to work more closely with you. I did not like their travel policies at all. The chaperones only travel on Wednesdays and it takes 3 weeks to travel your puppy despite them reaching all milestones. I had a good experience overall but if local, intimate adoptions are available I would recommend that over puppy spot. The app is not helpful at all and it is hard to receive accurate updates on your puppy during the waiting process.

Thank you for always to be clear of the questions, that I used to have before BINGO arrive to his new family.

Great communication and process of getting our new puppy. Travel coordination and communication prior and on day of puppy’s arrival was great. We’re loving our newest family member!

Outstanding experience all around. Puppy arrived alert, calm, ready to be loved and to fully join the family (even calm around two cats!). Wish I could thank the breeder first hand for the care and time that clearly went into the creation of our darling three-tone mini-poodle!”
