This is an absolutely terrible site. They harass you by calling and texting over and over before you purchase the dog but then it’s RADIO SILENCE. you will not be able to speak with someone who can give you answers easily. They encourage you to use their app to communicate yet NEVER answer. When you call their number you’ll be on hold forever and then get an outsourced agent who can’t speak proper English and reads from a script. You’ll wait hours for an actual person to give you excuses about delayed travel. They lied to me about the dog traveling by private charter planes and eventually shipped her with 15+ other animals in a van. Thankfully she was on top because of size since the other dogs were full of pee and poop!!!! By chance I got an amazing breeder who had my pup potty trained by 11 weeks and is in perfect health but this def a horrible site to purchase from and you should RUN!
