Absolutely the best experience ever. Would do it for sure when we are ready for another puppy. The flight they have them on is amazing. What an experience watching him fly in and our family waiting on him. They took him and bathed him and handed him to us and he was so clean and beautiful. Whoever is the one who did the breeding, you are amazing.

PuppySpot has been super with absolutely every step in this process. Brenda, my customer service representative, was on top of things from the start and answered all of my questions and took care of all requests. My beautiful, little Shih Tzu is a Godsend and I love him to no end and I thank PuppySpot for that. The photos and videos were accurate and because of that allowed me to make a perfect decision. Lastly, the Medical Team was great as well and communication with the breeder went very smoothly. I am very, very happy with PuppySpot, the breeder, and most of all, my tremendously gorgeous and handsome Shih Tzu.

I purchased a puppy 4 years ago and had a great experience, which is why I went back to puppy spot to buy my second puppy. However, I was extremely unhappy with the their service. If you read Puppy’s spot website: PuppySpot works with trusted licensed professionals in the commercial air and private air business to get your puppy to an airport or one of our pickup locations as close to your home as possible. Keep in mind that air travel can be limited due to weather anywhere along your puppy’s route, so we all need to be flexible with dates and times of arrival. The Pickup Package is $699, which includes: Airport delivery Your puppy’s health certificate Travel carrier I booked this package based on the above airport delivery! However, they only confirmed to me that I have to drive 5 hours to pick up the puppy at 8am! I did not pay $700 to drive for five hours on a Friday morning. I am not working for PuppySpot, I am a customer of PuppySpot! Therefore, since commercial air travel was not possible they should have immediately advised me that the puppy will travel through ground transportation, which is whole different scenario. What is on your website is their responsibility. what they did is misrepresenting the information to the reader which I find irresponsible. The second point that they mention is that the puppy will come with some training. However the puppy (15 weeks old) came with zero training, and has been peeing and pooping all over the house even though we take him out every 2 hours and there is always someone in the house including my other dog. This doesn’t include his uncontrollable barking all day long. I will have to now send him for dog training which will cost me $2,000for 2 weeks, which means that this dog would have cost me $6.5k all together

RUN!!!! HORRIBLE REVIEWS ON BBB!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NO ONE KEEPS YOU INFORMED OF THE PUPPY YOU ARE WAITING FOR!!! I AM BEYOND APPALLED. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE BREEDER INFO FOR UPDATES. WE HAVE TO RESORT TO THAT BECAUSE NO ONE DOES THEIR JOB!!!!!! DO YOUR HOMEWORK🤬🤬🤬🤬 Was supposed to get my puppy today and PuppySpot tells me the puppy I purchased a month ago is unavailable😳 WHAT!? DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH PUPPYSPOT!!!!!

Communications is the biggest issue with this service. You rarely speak to someone live. It's mostly email or through an automated app. You are often put on hold with long wait times. However, the sales person we did speak with directly and that experience was the best. Though after the credit card is processed, that's when we found it difficult to speak to someone directly regarding the scheduled delivery of our puppy, which was delayed twice. This was the 2nd time we used the service and had no issues the first time we used it 5 years ago. Both puppies we received are great.

We would like to apologize for your communication experience. Unfortunately, ongoing challenges with the transportation industry has made it very difficult to keep current, reliable schedules for the transportation of our puppies. This in turn has made it difficult for us to keep all our customers informed in a timely manner. We deeply apologize for the concerns this caused you. We are grateful to hear that your puppies are great and doing well and we wish you much joy for the future.

Oh My God,!I had the most amazing experience with PuppySpot. First I fell in love with my pup online and had to have her. All of my customer service experience was great!!! The process was smooth, from learning more about her to deciding to adopt her. My pup was delivered to me timely manner and all my questions were answered. She was shipped in a nice quality crate and well taken care of during travel.

I have had a very good experience from start to our new beginning. B. was very patient, thoughtful, and informative helping me make my final decision about bringing my puppy home. She explained all the steps and guided me through my choices, the purchase process, to meeting up with the breeder.
