My husband and I found a wonderful standard poodle easily on the site. The gentleman I spoke to was friendly and helpful. However, one the puppy arrived, we realized that the pup had had no contact with humans. He also didn't know what grass was, what a collar is, or what a leash is. Clearly he had been kenneled for his entire life. He arrived at our house at almost 5-months old. It's neglectful to say the least. I tried to reach out to puppy spot but couldn't find a number, once the purchase is complete. He is a wonderful dog but is significantly delayed developmentally given his kennel experience.

I love my pup but she came with kennel cough that lasted for several months. I also could never get the 2 free vet appointments from vetster. I talked to a tech and she said I needed to talk to a vet and I couldn’t get any response from they’re team. A vet never contacted me.

The customer service was amazing. The process was very straightforward. Our timelines met up exactly as promised when it came to the delivery process. We received updated images and information on our puppy and his parents. We just celebrated Biscuit’s first birthday and could not be happier with our pup! We will definitely go through Puppyspot again in the future!!

The breeder I got him from said to call her anytime, day or night. She never answers her phone, never replies to text, and never replies to emails. It's disgusting!!!!

THIS PROCESS WAS AWESOME!!!!! THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND EVEN THE SHIPPING OF OUR NEW PUP WAS WORRIE FREE!!!! I WOULD BUY A PUP FROM PUPPY SPOT AGAIN! WE LOVE OUR NEW FAMILY MEMBER!!! IF YOU ARE WORRIED THAT THIS IS A SCAM, DONT WORRY IT IS LAGIT!!!!
