PuppySpotReviews of puppyspot.com

We were looking for a really high end long haired Chihuahua. I wanted to avoid the risk of not getting the quality we wanted from a breeder or store. PuppySpot had dozens of pups on their excellent website and narrowed our search and got mom and dad pictures with questions answered of breeder through PuppySpot. Our little Twyla is the friendliest, sweetest and most beautiful Chihuahua and we found her through PuppySpot. PuppySpot arranged delivery from Mississippi to Wisconsin flawlessly. There execution from start to finish was great.

After searching the world wide web for months for the perfect cavapoo I came across puppyspot. We ended up choosing a puppy that didn't work out (no fault on my part) but puppyspot made it right and we were given the option of a full refund or the choice of another puppy. We ended up choosing another pup and it was the best decision. He has seriously been the most amazing addition to our family and are so glad we found him.

The process was worry free from the beginning. Getting regular updates and photos from the breeder just made the anticipation of my pup all the more exciting. The travel and logistics to get my pup to me was done so smoothly, the trip my pup took was long, but I was amazed at how healthy and happy she was from the moment she walked into our home. Playing and loving, she was obviously well taken care of by her breeder and the PuppySpot team in getting her to us.

First I would always recommend buying directly from a breeder, so you can see the conditions to which the puppy is being raised. That being said, the breed you are looking for may not be available in your area, and alot of these breeders now a days want deposits on puppies that haven't even been born yet. So thats where Puppyspot works as a good mediator between getting the breed of your choice to you, and that convenience/assurance comes with the high price you pay. On to the quality of our Corgi Molly Morrigan aka Jules, shes a happy, healthy, and smart girl that we are blessed to have!

The Puppy Spot website was well designed to help us pick out our pup. Then the mobile app was helpful as well to track the process from when our order was placed to when we picked Lizzy (now Laney) up in St. Louis. The Puppy Spot personnel in St. Louis were very helpful as well. Overall, great experience and love our pup Laney!

We were a little nervous buying a puppy from a website but we could not be more pleased. We purchased a black lab form PuppySpot and she has been wonderful. She has the best personality and is so loved!!

Except from the initial conversation with Sarah, my puppy spot experience was terrible. Communication was terrible. The app does not work! The chat feature is a joke, no one answered ever. Had to scream to get photo updates.

Puppy spot made our experience of getting a new puppy so easy. They kept us up to date on everything from Molly’s last physical before she was sent to us as to detailed information while she was transported to us. Thank you for a seamless experience.
