The experience was seemless. The team at puppy spot kept me relatively well informed with updates on my puppy frequently. The puppy was transported by ground in luxury accommodations . Great service !

It took forever to get our puppy. Was told I would get him to me before Thanksgiving. That did not happen. Was told he would be flown to me. That did not happen. The customer representative over the phone sounded like they did not know what they were talking about. I had better communication with the gentleman transporting him to me. He was exactly what was described so that’s why I would give the puppy spot 3 stars. I’m so happy he’s finally home after I purchased him right away but had to wait over a month to get him.

The process start to finish was wonderful. Our baby is worth every penny. It does get expensive, but Puppyspot is very picky in who they allow to sell on their site and because of this, we found a professional breeder that gave us a very healthy, playful, perfect bundle of joy and happiness that we cannot be without!! We are huge fans.

I love our puppy more than anything. However, she was delivered in horrible condition. She came out of a van with probably 40 or 50 crates stacked on top of one another and she was covered in her own urine. The driver insisted we weren't allowed to take photos. We have had her for several weeks now and we are working slowly on her skittish-ness. She is terrified of people - and it seems to me she was mistreated before we got her. I dont know for sure but my gut tells me she came from a puppy mill.

I was told my Sheltie was sable and white. She has more black on her than anything. I was also told her parents were both 14-18 lbs. My puppy is 8 mo. old and she already weighs 23 lbs. I have never had a puppy who is this hard to potty train and this is my 6th Sheltie. I swear she came from a puppy mill and still over $4000.00!!

After 35 years with no dog, it was time. I am retiring soon and wanted to have a little buddy. Sally has been such a joy. Everyone I dealt with at Puppy Spot were fantastic. I couldn’t be more happy and pleased. I let everyone know where she came from.

The process of purchasing and delivery went smoothly. The only hiccup was I did not know what food the dog was being fed. I did text and ask and was told it would be in the paperwork, which it wasn't. Other than that puppy experience was good.
