PuppySpotReviews of puppyspot.com

Puppy spot was great! The only reason I gave it a four star is because the cost of my Maltipoo puppy was higher than other puppy sites. However, there was always a puppy selection without having to be on a wait list as I had been by another dog breeder. The puppies often get purchased quickly which can be challenging as it feels like you don’t have much time to think about such a major purchase before making the first payment required to hold your puppy. The staff were very helpful and readily available to answer all my questions about the breed we were interested in. Once we purchased our puppy, I received updates about his growth and development along with planning tips. My puppy is so healthy and has brought us so much joy! I would do it all over again!

We tried very hard to buy a puppy with puppy spot. They charged us with full guarantee that our puppy would be delivered to us. Then when we got the travel arrangements they were sending it to an airport over 5 hours away 1 way. When we called to fix what we thought must be an error, they told us that our local international Airport was not "animal friendly". I called our airport and the airline. I got flight numbers and everything puppy spot would need to get our dog to us. Again they told me the airport just wasn't "animal friendly". It turns out puppyspot just didn't want to pay more of their cut to get the dog to a smaller airport. I told them I didn't appreciate being straight lied to and could I receive a discount for driving 11 hours to pick up the dog. They locked us out of our account and refunded our money. This was less than a week before Christmas.

They where very helpfull through my whole adoption process.

Everything went smooth and per their timeline. We LOVE our new family member! Gracie is adorable and so cuddly sweet.

I worked with Candice. She was excellent in getting us the information we sought concerning our puppy. We we nervous about the purchase. It went smoothly. She reassured us on every level. Took my calls and when she couldn’t talk she promptly returned call to me. Our puppy arrived on scheduled without a hitch. We had no issues. We were told it would take 2 weeks as our puppy had to pass the weight and last vet visits. My only thing is that we could not speak with the breeder directly. So I felt it was chancy. But, as I said it went well and our puppy is healthy and happy. I highly recommend PuppySpot without them we would not have our Scottish Terrier Phineas!!!

The overall service was terrific; however, it was difficult trying to reach representatives, at time, bringing the experience to a 4 star, rather than 5.

they are great people to deal with

Great staff and travel accommodations.
