The lack of communication and the inability to get a response from the team once they have your money was very disappointing. In addition, I am socked at the fact that there has been zero reach out from the breeder to check on their puppy. We thought the puppy was at least house trained and it turned out she wasn't. Not trained on anything at all. We are very happy with her but the whole selling point that PuppySpot is not like other breeders or puppy mills is something I now doubt. Will not be using the service again.

We were happy to find a dog that was available and just what we were looking for. We were dissatisfied with communication (the travel arrangements kept changing and we had to keep calling the company to clarify, which proved very frustrating). Also our puppy arrived covered in urine and feces, which made us worried about her travel arrangements.

The communication during the whole process was second to none. The well being of the puppy was a priority for everyone involved especially the delivery technicians. You could tell that they had a genuine care of their passengers. Our puppy happened to be house broken and well socialized. You could tell that the breeder put a lot of work and TLC.

The communication and management of the process and steps was "spot" on. Very professional and caring interactions. This is such a great service to help families match with their fur babies. We love our little Abbey to pieces.

PuppySpot made choosing our new puppy so easy! I visited many other websites, however PuppySpot gave me confidence that the puppy I chose came from a good breeder and not a puppy mill. They always kept me updated about when my puppy would be able to come home along with many helpful tips about preparing your home and training etc. We are so happy with our little yorkie, she is the sweetest and very healthy too! I would highly recommend PuppySpot for anyone who is looking for a new pup to add to their family.

Love my happy healthy german shepard pup. It definitely shows that the breeder knew what they were doing and took very good care of their puppies. He was dehydrated upon arrival which was concerning but he quickly recovered.

This is my 2nd purchase with PuppySpot and the process is excellent. The puppies are of high quality and so cute. I am very impressed and satisfied.
