From start to finish, the entire process working with Puppy Spot was flawless! First, they require excellence from the breeders and veterinarians they work with, communication is stellar at every point, and delivery is always with the best interest of the puppy in mind!! I could never have asked for more, and couldn’t be more satisfied!!!

The overall process was good and easy. However I didnt feel like i got that much information on my puppy. I didnt get breeder information until he arrived and they only would give me a phone number for the pet travel company. It just felt a bit sketchy. Also I would have liked some sort of "guide" or "intro" to my dog. He is this... he has been house broken (or not) ... he like to play fetch ... etc etc. My pup is awesome and wonderful. I dont regret my purchase at all – but really wish more information was provided so I could understand more of his over all context

Adopting a AKC mini schnauzer is a ball of omg with a sprinkle of craziness. I decided to adopting through puppyspot because they are a legit. But I didn't expect the exceptional service and consistent communication. I highly recommend puppyspot for everyone's next adoption. They are knowledgeable, kind, patient, and are not afraid to be honest. This experience was worth the $$$$ and the process was easy. The app gave me the airline, date, time, and what was required to pick up my sweet Trixie (Internet name Deanna). She was a little scared but after a cuddle, nap, and a little water she was running around and playing with me. Thank you puppyspot

Communication was excellent from the concierge to the trip planners to the transport team. I loved the photos and video too. Most of all, I loved the assurance that the breeders you work with are reputable, monitored, and meet care standards. I hate puppy mills. Having rescued a dam from one, I've seen firsthand the harm that is done to these breeding dogs.

This is the second black Labrador I have purchased from PuppySpot (my first was when the company was named Purebred Breeders). Both times, our puppy arrived safely and my 7yr old has a new bestie with her now 5mo old little sister. Lady Jane and Ivy Josephine are the most incredible fur babies and, even with the ad-hoc timing (I was forewarned that everything was tentative), we picked up Ivy on April 5 2023, about three weeks after we chose her — the transport of animals via air have been tremendously affected by COVID and everyone who uses PuppySpot’s services needs to understand that the safe delivery of your puppy to you is what’s most important. Those of you “inconvenienced” by timing of your pet’s arrival or need for flexibility in YOUR schedule shouldn’t even own a dog — puppies are a lot of work, but they are gifts from God. They are delivered by Heaven, not an Amazon van from around the corner. Remember that your sweet baby is a living creature and that post-COVID times still require patience and flexibility. This is a multi-company coordination for transport, so if your puppy arrives a little later than you hoped, or the schedules keep changing, wait a month before leaving a review. Little Miss Ivy is a welcome addition to our family and, if there were any inconveniences, I no longer even remember what they were..my sweet girls were worth all of them!
