Dwight Alexander the PuppySpot chaperone. He was amazing, and really glade we paid extra for a chaperone so our puppy could be with him in the main cabin. The flight ended up being delayed by several hour, with a mechanical issue and plane change. So glade our puppy wasn’t in cargo. After this experience, we would never purchase a dog where the vendor only did cargo shipment.

It was a simple process. And picking my puppy up was easy. The man worked with me to accommodate my location and his drop off locations.

Communication after paying could’ve been better. Also it’s a lot of money for your puppy to show up completely unvaccinated, especially for the ones that don’t go home exactly at 8 weeks

We got our puppy pretty quickly! That was great! Unfortunately I wish they would let you speak with the breeder after u actually pay for the puppy bc I had a few questions but that's not allowed. Then I pick her up from the airport and her eye is swollen and gunked shut. So immediately took her to the vet bc she was clearly in pain and turns out her eye has a laceration and infection!! Which vet said had to have been like that for several days before flight. So if I would change anything it would be that breeders need to speak with us after purchase especially for any questions or concerns. I had no clue if my puppy had a microchip or if her dew claws were removed...and so much more I wanted to ask. So now I finally have their info so I'm hoping they will be able to give me some answers to the questions I have. I'm in love with this little girl already after only 3 days! So I'm grateful for puppyspot and bringing me together with my new puppy child!

Very disappointing beginning to end. We purchased our puppy and found out we were going to have to wait 2 weeks to get him. We were never consulted about what date would work for us. We had to cancel a trip due to the inconvenience. Next came arrival had to drive an 1.5 hrs to meet a van in a Home Depot parking lot at 9pm. Van drove by our home and I feel with the amount of money we paid we should have been able to meet him closer to our home. Finally, brought our puppy to the vet to find out he was given his rabies shot at too early an age and the Parvo was administered by the breeder which is unethical. Overall experience was disappointing plus the fact that I have no contact with breeder to ask questions is another frustrating factor.
