The date I actually picked my puppy up was 17 May. As I have said before, I was very unhappy with the pick up experience. I was led to believe by the person that arranged the sale of my puppy, that it would either be delivered to me directly or very close to me. I assumed I wouldn’t have to go much further than about 50 miles. And I requested ground transportation and was led to believe that is exactly what would happen. I did not want my puppy in an airplane. As it turns out I had to drive 166 miles to pick him up. Following the sale , there was a lack of communication from the puppy manager Until they notified me of where I had to go to pick him up. I was willing to pay the extra 200 to change the arrangement and was told it couldn’t be changed. I would advise future PuppySpot buyers to have a written contract as far as the delivery process. With that being said, I am extremely pleased with my puppy.

It was so easy to pick and purchase a puppy. The app is wonderful and keeps you informed of the status of the process as well as photos of the chosen puppy. There is always someone available to speak to in person. Our puppy arrived healthy and happy and has made himself right at home!

I've tried the "Adopt Don't Shop" avenues of getting a dog. But I found that to be extremely frustrating. It's been 3 years since I lost the little furbaby love of my life. I've had pets all throughout my life. Each one was exceptionally well taken care of. All of them were from the Not Shopped category. So the excessive questionnaires, non-responses, and disappointments of being passes by these avenues left me with the "Shop" avenue. With no local breeders, I took to the internet. I know, it's extremely risky, not knowing who you're dealing with or where the puppies are coming from, and the overpriced puppies. After literally years of searching, I found PuppySpot and I thought I'd look into it. The reviews weren't the best, but I always take reviews with some skepticism. We all aren't wired the same way, right? All the puppies were $$$ off during the time period I bought which was a plus in their direction. I first dealt with a company salesperson who was great in answering every question anyone could ever think of. He even returned my calls promptly! I was kept informed regularly, either via text, phone calls, or their link. I finally got my new puppy yesterday. Not only is everything I had hoped for and expected, but her Veterinary papers showed her complete shot record with the official stickers and her rabies tag. So, until these "Adopt" avenues become less cumbersome in their requirements, I would definitely recommend PuppySpot to anyone.
