Very easy process and we found our new best friend! I appreciate the support and communication along the way. Our puppy was very happy and healthy when we got him.

Our first thought after purchase was "I hope this is not a scam". Of course not the case at all, we were kept well informed and updated through the process and delivery.

Conscious Breeding and Outstanding Communication throughout the entire process! It worth the extra money to get a well bred top quality dog!!

Our puppy is healthy, happy and checked out fine at our vet. She came right on time. We really appreciated the tracking info that was available through the flight info link that Puppyspot.com provided. We knew when our puppy was loaded on the plane, took off, landed, at the gate, etc. right up to when we could go into the airline's depot to pick her up. Handy.

From start to finish my experience was great. When I saw my Carmine(Bruno), I knew he was the one...the communication was very good..they keep me informed & updated on everything. And the travel chaperone was amazing. She took very good care of Carmine(Bruno) the whole way here. You can tell the breeders did their due diligence with everything when it comes to him. Amazing experience. 5 stars to Puppyspot & 5 stars to the breeders. He's an awesome lil guy and I couldn't be happier!!

alls well that ends well!!! :) okay let me just start by saying after i purchased my pup i saw lots of negative reviews and got extremely nervous. i was probably considered a customer from hell after that point because i was very vocal about safety concerns —however puppyspot and even much more so the transport company they use are delivering a great experience. my pup was scheduled to travel via commercial air cargo, but the transport company was smart enough to not allow it. on the day of his cargo flight my pup was just too tiny and it would have been a dangerous ride for him. the transport company cared for the pup like it was their own for a day and then we went with a chaperone instead and i’m so glad we did. the chaperone has been amazing so far with updates. i’ll receive jack today so i will update my review if there are any unexpected health issues, but so far i’m really excited that from the photos and videos i’m receiving he looks active, healthy and just perfect! ❤️
