PuppySpot made it very easy to adopt a puppy. Many emails to help new puppy parents with travel plans, and raising a puppy in general.

Employees didn't communicate at all one of your employees called me a liar and was very hateful every time we called we got different stories and zero updates the puppy was dropped off by a couple that came a ross as !low life's! This is the third puppy we have bought from puppyspot and the last our opinion is your company has no quality control over its employees

Let customers know prior to purchasing that they might be required to travel up to 4 hours to retrieve pet. I was taken by surprise that I had to drive 3 hours to get my pup.

We received our second baby in excellent health and thank Puppyspot for everything they did to make this a seamless process. We’re over the moon with a new bundle of joy!
