We drove along way to pickup the puppy.

This is my 3rd dog from Puppy Spot. This was much smoother with a chaperone delivery. He arrived healthy and happy. He is fitting in just perfectly in our pack.

They kept me informed the whole time.

The Puppy Spot was a great experience from beginning to end. I cannot think of anything else that can be done to enhance the experience. I have told everyone who asked me about The Puppy Spot and that they are the place to go for the perfect puppy and most pleasant experience in bringing that bundle of love home.

Everyone I talked to was very nice, very helpful and very prompt. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Second dog I bought from PuppySpot. Both experiences were excellent. I will be buying my next dog from PuppySpot.

Very nervous buying a puppy online at first however everything went very smoothly. Plenty of information given when asked (app chat works good). Biggest surprise was after making the purchase you are provided with a ton of things to get you started. They're partnered with big companies like Banfield Vets and AKC who provide you with a bunch of discounts and free training aids. They also provide a "puppy pack" which gives you so many quality items that youll need for your puppy (bed, toys, etc) My 2 big complaints are 1. They do not show you where the dog is located until you make the purchase. i think it should at least show the state on the puppies page so you can get an idea of travel arrangements especially if your nervous about the puppy traveling far. 2. app is updated with latest info on puppy but i wish someone would call and give you all the details about travel. All i got was a text that said where to meet, no idea if he was coming by plane, train, or car. This was the most nerve racking thing of the whole process, but the puppy arrived safely, by car, and hes happy and healthy!

Thrilled to have found our new puppy to complete our family. Our new puppy arrived safe and on time. Happy with how quick and easy this process was to get our perfect pet!

The process was very smooth and well handled. Vet records, and transportation of the puppy was done with little inconvenience to me. The puppy was as I had hoped, and appears to be healthy. I would definitely recommend Puppy Spot to friends.
