Love the puppy we received. She is good-natured and beautiful. She received a good health report from our vet. The experience with PuppySpot was a bit difficult. The first puppy we picked out passed away. The person who called to tell me acted like it was no big deal. It was devastating for me. It had taken me three years to pick out a new puppy after losing my precious Rocky. The communication on my Maggie was not very good. I had to call to see if she was really coming. The drivers of the van who delivered Maggie were professional and kind. The trip was difficult on Maggie but she seems to be as happy with us as we are with her. Again Maggie is a wonderful addition to our family. I am just not sure I will order a puppy online again. Thank you.

My husband and I made the decision to travel to pick her up. That said, puppy spot was on their game with communication and emails. It was a very good experience.

bunch of scammers...all lies...they ripped me off in several ways. 1. I was promised she was all one color no spots...that was a lie. 2. they promised she would be flown...she was driven 2000 miles

1. Improve on your app 2. Premier Pet Van should have labels or decal for identity 3. Copies of the puppies health records should be on file in the app 4. Allows us to add current photos and videos currently of our puppies

Quick response to questions. Always keeps you up to date on travel information and tips. Only downfall is they don’t update you with puppy photos often.

We had a great experience with PuppySpot company. We were reluctant at first and took the risk( for obvious reasons- ordering a puppy online). But it’s all worth it. We fell in love with our beloved gem, named Makana! We just had to have her. She is indeed a wonderful Gift to us. She came in by plane from Michigan to California. They did a very good service and took care of our baby, Makana. Thank you for making it possible for her to arrive safely.

Everything was super smooth, I was kept informed along the way, and we have the sweetest, cutest pup! Can't say anything bad about the process!

I would have liked to have had more information on the breeder so I could find more about linage etc. also I was told for an extra $700 someone would accompany him on the flight. That didn’t happen
