I’m so glad I found puppy spot! My sweet little pup Levi is getting adjusted to his new home. PuppySpot was an easy and convenient way to buy a pup. I was worried this website was not legitimate but my experience was very positive. The only thing that could be improved is the communication when asking questions after I bought the puppy. It took several days as opposed to same day communication before I paid. I would recommend this service as it offers you many options throughout the country.

I write this as a testimonial than a review. My husband and I were visiting relatives who owned a Habenese breed dog. She is a great dog! We were talking and decided to just look at the Habenese on the Internet. To make a long story short we were on Puppy Spot and fell in love with a 8 week old male. Next thing you know my husband called and we bought him. I know nothing about Puppy Spot. We were told it would be about 2 weeks as he was in Ohio (we live in Texas). Upon returning home I started checking and reading reviews. Lots of good ones and then some not so good. One thing I did notice. Was an A+ rating on BBB which made me feel a little better. But I was still skeptical. After a week and a half with nothing but the APP downloaded we called. We were then given a tentative travel date. After that everything flowed! Lots of info, new pictures, helpful videos, a box WITH ALL KIND of things Bed, leash, toys, etc). The travel date was confirmed as to date and tine and we now have the most precious Havanese puppy! THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY PROMISED! I suggest you just have some patience and if you have to drive a little bit to pick them up it is worth it! He came with food, shot records, AKC registration and a Chip. Thank you Puppy Spot!

Lots of paperwork arrived with puppy but no feeding schedule, nothing on how times a day he was fed and how much and what he was eating. For a 9 week old puppy he only weighed 5 lbs Also no one checked to make sure he had arrived and was in good shape

We are incredibly happy with the gorgeous shih-tzu delivered to us by PuppySpot. He has a great disposition and personality and was treated very well by the breeder. PS reps were spotty. The selling rep was wonderful and helpful with info. Handed off to Ahriel, she answered initial questions and made promises, but then contact ended; no more responses! I was given the delivery contact, but PS stopped all contact for the last 8 days before delivery, even with multiple texts to them by me. Very frustrating and anxiety producing! This cost them a Star. No excuse to stop communicating with a client! Ethan/Bandit was coming from Indiana to S Florida on a two day trip thru Louisiana. Three weeks total time from purchase to arrival. He was in great shape and has quickly become a happy family member. 8/28 The breeder called me to see how his puppy was doing. Very nice. Also agreed PS needs to do a better job with communication and was never contacted as far as having an updated photo was concerned.

I love my puppy she seems healthy I have had her one day. So the fact that I got what I paid for is a 5, but I would’ve like to know how little the communication is with puppy spot and their clarity of how far to travel was vague I was told no more than an hour and it was a little over 2 for me. Also I waited awhile because of my schedule and wanted updates but once you give them your money you don’t hear back until the transport service has their schedule to bring the pup to you. It’s a little unnerving but all in all so far so good with the pup
