From the first call I received just minutes after sending a request to the delivery of our puppy. We feel like puppy spot and it's staff where as professional, courteous, and very nice to talk to. They gave us every detail available about our pup of choice as well as how the process works. We got updates almost every other day and the delivery service was just as awesome to deal with. A++ To everyone that helped we love our little pup and couldn't be happier

Fantastic all around!

There was a snafu from staff getting the puppy’s travel information to me. First, it was not sent and when I finally got someone to email it, the form was not filled out. All information areas were blank. With persistence I finally had the travel information sent to me but with only a few days notice that I had a 7-hour round-trip drive to fetch him. All else was just fine.
